3Designer

is an intuitive and simple to use authoring software for creating state-of-the art real-time 3D graphics and animations.

Running on a conventional PC, 3Designer implements a common drag & drop interface which allow non-professional 3D graphic designers to quickly become skilled in using the software and gain hands on experience in no time. 3Designers employs a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) display, which allows the operator to generate and verify his creation using the local preview option.

3Designer provides users with maximum freedom and ease of use by allowing the designer to focus on the creative process. For example, 3Designer contains an embedded feature for unlimited undos, making corrections to the design template simple and quick. An intuitive object hierarchy and sophisticated asset strip management are, among others, some of the additional tools that provide maximum flexibility.

3Designer is used to create templates for all and any type of broadcast ranging from news, special electron broadcasts, sports casting weather segments, business reports and many more. 3Designer's open architecture allows advanced users to write their own dedicated plugins. Some of these plugins are already implemented and delivered as part of the basic package 3Designer templates may be exported and shared between an unlimited number of users, making the authoring process quick and efficient.

Using VRML 97 protocol, 3Designer interfaces with non real-time 3D authoring tools such as 3D Studio Max and allows importing graphics and animation directly into 3Designer.

Scenes created by 3Designer can be pumped with external data from databases or other sources. Thus, making it a perfect tool for broadcasting environments, which require extensive and often live data updates such as stock market information, weather and more. For more complex and massive data, as in election coverage, 3Designer provides a set of math functions allowing easy control and manipulation of this data in graphical manner achieving stunning results with no difficulty.

3Designer runs on a conventional PC workstation and may also be provided on a laptop adding more flexibility to the operator.
