As an aware and active member of the community we live in, Real Image takes its role in society very seriously. These are some of the initiatives that are part of its Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
Real image is very good in that. They have got very good manpower. Very good people who provide some of the best technical support.
Starting with introducing the Avid and then into DTS sound systems and then now to the digital cinema service which is the only server probably exporting from this country to the other places, which is being into world standard products. This is one company which has seen the initial stages of D cinema and has shown the path to others to follow.
Real Image has been synonymous with Avid as far as India is concerned. Only recently there is an Avid as such, but apart from that Real Image was the face of Avid for all these years.
Very easy to work with Real Image because they understand what you are looking at for an end result. They are basically from films and have specialized in the technology aspects.
I think Real Image has been excellent. It really has been. Whoever is there is good. Their knowledge levels are good. Their skills are up to the mark and they are always prompt and they are always there.
They have really gone out to understand the needs of the clients and try and tailor-made as much of their services as possible to the clients and that has been one of the big plus points with Real Image.
We blindly believe them, follow them and take their suggestions because they have performed. Real Image has stood by our side whenever there was a requirement.
