If you are using any Bomb Factory 4.1 plug-ins with your Pro Tools system, please read the following and update to Bomb Factory 4.1.1 where indicated.
It has come to our attention that both the Mac OS X and Windows XP versions of Free Bomb Factory 4.1 plug-ins for all Pro Tools 6.x users were inadvertently set to expire Saturday, July 17, 2004. Additional Bomb Factory 4.1 plug-ins for Mac OS X are also set to expire. In both cases, Bomb Factory 4.1.1 plug-in updates rectify this condition, as they are not subject to an expiration date. (The lack of an expiration date is the only difference between 4.1 and 4.1.1 plug-in versions.)
Downloading Bomb Factory 4.1.1 Plug-in Updates
The Bomb Factory 4.1.1 installer for Free Bomb Factory Plug-ins is available here.
To download 4.1.1 updates for all other Bomb Factory 4.1 plug-ins on Mac OS X, click here. You'll find a list of all plug-ins, sorted by name.
Locate the plug-ins you wish to update, then:
- Click on the individual link for each plug-in's product page.
- Click on the Download link at the top of that product page.
NOTE: There is no need to update your iLok licenses (authorizations) for these plug-in updates; your existing version 4 licenses (authorizations) remain intact.
