MAGMA's award winning patented expansion system, the recognized industry standard for excellence, performance and reliability now offers the only portable solution. The CardBus-to-PCI Expansion System. With MAGMA's non-linear full-blown "on the road" workstation you have the freedom and the flexibility to take your Pro Tools rig on the road using your Apple PowerBook G3 or G4. Need to be recording on an anthill in the Australian outback or cruising at 37 thousand feet? The CB1 Systems offer an optional battery cable allowing the user to run off a car lighter adapter or any other user supplied 12-volt DC source.

The CardBus-to-PCI expansion systems are available in 1-, 2-, 4- or 13-slot configurations. The 2- and 4-slot chassis were rigorously tested and now are approved by Digidesign.

PCI to PCI Expansion Systems are available in 4-, 7- and 13-slot configurations. The 7- and 13-slot systems are approved by Digidesign.
